Privacy Policy

1. The short version

• Your uploaded photos are used only to render the wedding photos you ask for.
• They are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
• Uploads are deleted from processing storage within 7 days, sooner if you delete them yourself.
• Nothing you make is public unless you create a share link.
• Every image we produce is labelled as AI-generated.

2. What we collect

2.1 Account data

Your email address and a display name. That is all an account requires. We do not ask for phone numbers, addresses or payment details beyond what our payment processor handles on our behalf.

2.2 Photos you upload

Reference photos you upload are stored in encrypted processing storage and are visible only to the generation pipeline that serves your request. They are automatically purged within 7 days. You can delete them instantly at any time from Account → Privacy.

2.3 Photos we generate

Renders are stored so that you can view, download and re-download them. Free accounts: 72 hours. Paid accounts: 12 months, or until you delete them.

2.4 Usage data

We keep minimal operational logs (timestamps, credit transactions, error reports) to run the service, prevent abuse and honour refunds. These logs are not linked to the content of your photos.

3. AI providers

Generation is performed by third-party AI image models (currently hosted on the Volcengine Ark platform). Our agreements with model providers specify that customer inputs and outputs are not used for model training. When you delete a render or your account, we delete our copy; provider-side retention is governed by their terms and typically does not exceed 30 days for abuse monitoring.

4. Your rights

You can, at any time and without giving a reason:

• Delete individual renders or all of your source photos;
• Export everything we hold about your account as a machine-readable JSON file;
• Delete your account permanently, which removes your profile, credits and photo library.

All of these are self-service in Account → Privacy. For anything else, email hello@framevow.com and we will respond within 72 hours.

5. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.

6. Children

FrameVow is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly accept uploads of minors' faces, and accounts found doing so are terminated.

7. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
